The Hokkaido International Exchange and Cooperation Center (HIECC) is currently accepting applications for “Hokkaido Multilingual Disaster Supporters.”

What do these Supporters do?! When there is a disaster or emergency somewhere in Hokkaido, HIECC requests the aid of these volunteers to provide multilingual support for local foreign national residents as well as foreign tourists.
