As of August 29th, 3:00 pm, the Hokkaido Foreign Resident Support Center is officially open! We were honored to have Governor Suzuki and Director-General Sasaki of the Immigration Services Agency of Japan participate in the tape cutting ceremony and offer words of encouragement and support.
