Donated Second-hand Goods Offering Program for International Students


We HIECC would like to support international studentsf life in Hokkaido by offering donated second-hand goods for free of charge. These items are collected with goodwill and understandings of locals.
yEligible Applicantsz
International Students in vocational school, technical college, and junior college, undergraduate students, graduate students, and research students living in the cities as follows: Cities in Sapporo area (Sapporo, Ebetsu, Eniwa, Otaru), Muroran, Kitami, Obihiro, Asahikawa, Hakodate, Kushiro and Abashiri.
