Donated Second-hand Goods Offering Program for International Students
 

 

We HIECC would like to support international students’ life in Hokkaido by offering donated second-hand goods for free of charge. These items are collected with goodwill and understandings of locals.
【Eligible Applicants】
International Students in vocational school, technical college, and junior college, undergraduate students, graduate students, and research students living in the cities as follows: Cities in Sapporo area (Sapporo, Ebetsu, Eniwa, Otaru), Muroran, Kitami, Obihiro, Asahikawa, Hakodate, Kushiro and Abashiri.

1   Search for the item you want from the list of “Available Items”.
2  Get a “Donated Second-hand Donation Goods Application Form” at international student support division in your university and fill it out.

3   Ask one of staff members at international student support division in your university to fill out the form.
4  Send us the filled “Donated Second-hand Goods Application Form” and a copy of your student ID by e-mail or fax below:

5  We will inform you of the details of the item and its owner’s contact.
6  Arrange the date with the owner and pick up the item.
7  Report us when all procedures are completed without delay.

1  Items are given on a first-come first-served basis.
2  This program is on the premise of students picking up the item, but not the owner delivering.
3  When the items you received are no longer necessary, please dispose of them properly according to the rules of the municipality.
